Dont work while switching app's

I have purchased Clip 2 today only, it don’t work whenever i switch app on my mobile (moto g5 s plus) & try to play songs. for ex from gaana.com to youtube or vice versa, it don’t work, i have to kill either one of the app to start speaker.
