Terrible Feedback From My Vizio SB-4051 Sound Bar

I recently purchased a Vizio SB-4051 sound bar to go along with my Vizio LCD TV. It has the HDMI ARC input on it, and my Vizio TV has the HDMI ARC output, so that's the channel I've used to hook it up. The sound bar by itself works flawlessly and has great sound (for a sound bar).

The problem I'm having is feedback with the rear speakers. The rear speakers connect wirelessly with a power source. Nearly every time I turn them on I get a horrible feedback from them. The volume of the feedback is mutually dependent on the volume of what I'm watching, but there is no pattern to the noise. Like, the noise doesn't seem to follow voices or sounds. Even in times of complete silence during a scene it will give off the horrid noise. It renders things nearly unwatchable.

I experience this with TV, videos being played on the TV apps, and things played on the Blu-Ray player.

Is it a DTS setting, or something along those lines, or do I have a dud system? If I can't get this resolved, I'll likely go buy something else.
