Unlocked phone it starting flashing on and off with some apps on home screen looking zoomed in. Restarted the phone. Ever since then every time I unlock the phone it takes me to the loading spiral that you get when your phones battery runs out.

I'm sorry to hear your having trouble with your phone, From what it sounds like there was a problem while updating to a new version of ios. If you can, try to see if you can update using iTunes on a near by computer. If your still having problems your best bet is to backup and factory reset.
