I am trying to assist someone that is having trouble with their Yamaha rx-v465 Stereo. The HDMI is sending audio, but no video. Someone that has already looked at it suggested that the board is bad and that it is a plug n play solution.
This is my first stop in the repairs, does anyone have any troubleshooting advice?

gatewaynomad try the self-diagnostic functon and see if it displays anything. Here is the guide for that Self-Diagnostics.pdf. Let me know if you need more of this and what your diagnostics showed.

gatewaynomad has it ever worked before? Have you tried a different TV on the HDMI output? You've checked the HDMI setup in your functions setup menu?
