Smok Marshall G320 Mod says fully charged battery is too low

I have 3 fully charged 18650 batteries and when placed into the mod only one will show at a time on the screen to be fully charged.

I have moved them around from slot to slot and never will 3 show working together.

If I put in only 2 batteries (slot A & B) nothing shows to be charged and working.

I have looked for a firmware update and have not found one. Any help will be appreciated.
