Can I replace R2012 logic board with 2014 model?

my GPU falls and i need to replace the logic board
i was wondering if i could replace my A1398 retina 2012 15" logic board with A1398 Mid 2014 15" board ??

Maybe, but I doubt it. It does show the ‘14 works in the ‘13 but not the ‘12.

I answered a similar question just the other day: Retro Fitting A Mid 2015 Motherboard To a Mid 2012 Shell While Christopher was looking for a 2015 board the same holds true with the 2014 as it's the same as the 2015 board.
