phone not working after turning off while having 0% battery

i was playing a game on my phone while it was connected to the charger ( it was indicating 0% and charging). Then somehow the wire loosened n then the phone turned off. afterwards i again connected my phone to the charger but then it doesn't show it's charging nor it's turning on. pls help. whats wrong with my cute phone? :(
