Two adjacent keys on my Yamaha P-115 won't sound at the same time

The A and B-flat above middle C have been working fine. I replaced a different broken key months ago (doubt that affects this situation). Just starting today, if I hold one down, the other won't sound. It's only those two keys. No clicking or anything to suggest the key(s) is broken. Doesn't feel like a mechanical problem. Any ideas?
