I have 4 gb ram Pentium Processor hp laptop . Can i second Install same ram?

Or different frequency RAM?

No need for rams just add SSD

In general laptops have parallel ports and you have to use same frequency same size ram to be installed on computer, if not having parallel port you can install different rams to know that, your model will be helpful
