Why can't my phone get service?

I have an LG G5, I've had it for a little over a year or so. Just recently did a factory reset and ever since then it states No Service no matter what I do. I've even taken it to my phone company and they couldn't do anything about it. It does have an activated sim card in it as well. Any ideas?
