Did I broke my L2-R2 triggers?

Hello, i have a huge problem about my controller. I had to deassamble my controller because it was drifting however, i couldn't reassamble it back because L2-R2 triggers wouldn't match. Did i broke the L2-R2 triggers or is it supposed to be like that? And what should i do if i broke it?

L2-R2 triggers came with the back side when i pulled it i hope i didn’t broke it and what should i do if i broke it?

EDIT : I was able to reassamble it back and L2-R2 triggers fuction normally however, it seems ‘‘broken’’ and does not feel like the old buttons.
