Changes from white screen to apple logo wont reboot

Hi All I have replaced everything except the logic board 3G 16g when plugged to mains screen changes periodicaly from green/white screen to apple logo tried hard boot and itunes will not recognise a phone is attached via usb so can not restore any ideas please Thank you.

Sorry Brad for late reply Had Operation for Cancer so could not accept answer full recovery now. tried what you advised but did not work but changed LCD and Dock, now stuck on apple logo when on Mains alternating from apple logo to black screen also wont switch on or off any ideas ? by the way Im in the UK. Thank you

The next thing to try is a DFU Mode Restore. With iPhone connected to computer press Home button and then right away the Power button, hold both for 10 seconds, then release Power button, keep holding Home button for another 15-25 seconds, iTunes will recognize iPhone and tell you with message iPhone decteced in Recovery Mode, if the iPhone screen is blank (black) this is DFU Mode. Click in iTunes to restore iPhone. If iPhone screen is not blank (black) this in not DFU Mode, and try again.
