My Kia is a 08 rio will not start

My fuel pump was changed and it didn’t work I reset the battery and the fuel pump came on but after 5 cranks the fuel pump wouldn’t work until we reset the battery again but the car still wouldn’t run any suggestions would be helpful thanks
