Beats hinge broke, and now stuck together

Hey, so i finally decided to fix my beats, about two years ago part of the headband broke and got stuck inside of the hinge, so i got really nervous and just used tons of super glue to get it back in place, as a result of that super glue got inside the hinges and now i cant extend and fold the left side.

I Know i need to replace the hinge and headband(already ordered them) but what about the inner and outer panels? they are glued to the hinge and probably break when i try to get them off, is there a way to get them off without breaking them? or and easier way to fix it?

Im Sorry its a bit dirty, It was held together with electrical tape for 2 years!

btw, this is the right side which has the exact same problem the left side has, but i didnt glue this side, after i saw what i did to the left side.

Ofek Tal  try to use a heatgun at the lowest settings to warm up the glue so you can remove the panels. To see if there are other ways for the repair we would have to see whaere and how it broke. Post someimages of our damage with your question. Use this guide 기존 질문에 이미지 추가하기 for that

Hey, I Will try that, sounds like it could work. but will i be able to reuse the same inner and outer panels, as they are covered with glue and it will probably affect the sliding.

Ofek Tal darn you pumped teh glue in there for sure ;-)

Once you can remove teh parts I would try and really clean it with mineral oil first (superglue disolves in il) and after that with some isopropyl alcohol. You will find that warming it up will soften it, so do that first. Tough job and it will require quite a bit of elbow grease ;-)

Yea it really got in there.

Ok so heat and oil to soften and get the glue off. I Hope i will be able to seperate the panels without breaking them.

Hey thanks, i got my hinges and headband today and started the disassembly, but the panels werent seperating at all. the glue got all around the edges and even covered the wires, so i had to break it. but i got all the important stuff, I Just need to order the panels and they will be just like new,

P.S using a heatgun really helped, thanks for that. but there was too much glue and i didnt want to heat up the headphones too much.
