Why my phone isn't switching on, its charging. but stuck in mi android

few hours back my phone charge came to 1% and switched off. i charged again after a while. it's getting charged. now 45%. but as i try to switch in on it's stuck in mi android stage. below android its blinking like its loading . but its stuck in that stage. help me. i tried wiping cache and rebooting. i didn't wipe the user data. any solution without losing data ??? help plz
