My monitor is double imaging pictures jumping with horizontal lines problem

Ruby Sahu  since you already tried a different monitor and different cables, the issue will be inside your monitor. It is possible that this is caused by a bad video scaler on your board. You will have to disassemble it and take a look at the board for obvious damage like domed or leaking capacitors. Post some images of the board with yuor question so that we can see what you see.
