I'm getting no audio from the unit
There is no audio coming from the speakers or the headphone jack with the radio, cd or tape. Everything else appears to be working.

These units use an IC for the audio amp. With your limited description, I would suspect that this amp has failed. This can be fixed by replacing the amp IC. These ICs are readily available as they were used in many similar devices.

Thank you, Dan. What other information might you need to be sure? The unit had been working just fine, then one day my wife tried to use it and there was no sound. Nothing had happened to it, the audio just stopped without any obvious reason. Also, I now have the unit apart and have located the ic amp. I have looked on line for one and so far am not had much success trying to find this one. I appreciate the help!
