My laptop screen gets black and white , green white and pink suddenly and the laptop does not respond when it happens like that . If I connect an external monitor it also becomes like that with green lines on it . What will be the prroblem?

Two possible options one display connection error and another is graphic card faliure or software error.
First try to connect your laptop to an external display device if the error occurs in external display then hope fully drivers issue update the driver an check if this doesn’t resolve display chip is faulty
if not check connection to the display and also check if carbon is there between the connection.
