Hi. I have registered here, just because I believe that someone here could help me. I got iPhone 7 from a customer that has very important family pictures on it. They had an incident with the phone that broke it in half. The only option was to transfer CPU, Baseband, EEPROM , NAND and home button to donor board. I have done that many times, but this time the original logic board was so damaged that EEPROM and home button was missing. I have transferred the remaining parts and managed to turn on the phone and update it with the ios12 beta 1, that allowed me to update the phone with missing eeprom, but the problem is now that I have stuck on “Press home to recover” screen. I have send the phone to AASP to program new home button for me, but they could not complete the procesor. Probably because of beta firmware installed.
I have tried with other home button, but didn’t helped. Never managed to get on screen virtual home button. So the main question is, did I left out of option and that iPhone will never be repairable or there is another option that I don’t know?
First one that can help me will get reword $$$ :)
Thanks in advance.
PS.: sorry for my English

I thought the onscreen home button would display automatically if it detected a fault with the home button. Does another home button plugged in at least trigger this?
(As you already know the phone will take a long time to boot up without a home button)
