Few water drops on laptop

I was working on an assignment next to the pool, and my sister dived in so hard a few droplets went on the keyboard of my laptop, I wiped it off and continued working and it suddenly blurred off (as in I can still see the words) and the pages were just blurred, and the mouse was sticky, I turned it off and kept it upside down, it’s been off for 24 hours now, and I just turned it on, but no changes, how bad is the damage and should I take it to a repairer?
