Earspeakers, Loudspeakers, and Charging Ports, oh my it would be great if these parts could work on the other devices, huh?
Has anybody out if there found any crossover pieces between the X and XS yet?
(Note: So far as I’ve seen, it has been confirmed that the screens are NOT interchangeable.)

So far, there are no interchangeable parts that I know of. I have (yes I am so spoiled) taken apart my new iPhone XS (it still works ;) ) and compared most the parts to the parts of the iPhone X and I found no interchangeable parts. Unfortunate.

It does look like some parts are interchangeable between the Xs & Xs Max phones!
Apple appears to be moving to more common parts across both the iPhone and MacBook Pro & iMac systems where it makes sense.
