Why Panasonic TV turns on then off?
I’m Japanese student ,so my sentences may be difficult to understand. If you think so, please tell me.I’ll try to develop.
I had a problem with my Panasonic TV, VIERA TH-26LX80-S. My uncle gave it to me a few days ago because it has broken and she bought a new one. She's had it for a few years.
Now, The TV doesn’t work well.It turns on and “No signal“ is displayed on the screen ,but the screen is not bright enough and hard to watch. Then the TV turns off.
I thought the problem was caused by its led-backlight and I dismantled it.
The led-backlight looks like it does not broken. However, when I turn on the TV , the both sides of it are bright but the middle of it isn’t bright. It is bright perfectly with strange sound like hum noise sound once every ten times. “H8A6 G“ was written on the edge of it..
How can I fix or replace it for a new one?

I looked for bulging electrolytic capacitor and ferrite transformers, and I probably found them.
but i could not figure out where is broken.

@easternegg you identified it absolutely right. Those capacitors are bulging. You do want to go ahead and replace those. Yes, the two rectangular components are transformers.
