Vizio E550i-B2 Turns on then off 5 seconds later

My Vizio E550i-B2 Turns on then off 5 seconds later. It shows a good screen with the Vizio splash with even backlighting. Then the screen just goes black. The small light on the bottom left fades in and out twice which is normal. I have removed the Main board and the Power board. There is a connection between the LED driver and the power board that has a 16 pin connection that directly connects to the LED driver board that has a reputation of breaking the small solders. I noticed a few weren’t in the best shape and re-soldered them all, and rebooted the device but the tv still has the same symptoms.

I have attached photos in order to seek some extra help so I don’t blindly go out and order every board. Trying to save some money. Any help appreciated.
