No microphones, no earbuds and only external speaker.

On my iPhone 7 I have these problems:

None of the 3 microphones works. (Front camera, back camera, Siri, Memo).

Internal Speaker doesn’t work, when trying to call somebody.

Earbuds Speakers nor Microfone do not work.

Music from Apple music can be played by external speaker, but not with earbuds.

Call’s can be answered with blue tooth devices.

Musik is ok with blue tooth devices.

What can be wrong ?

What is a possible fix?
