lcd on top screen having dead pixels and black stuff

i have a new Nintendo 3DS XL Galaxy Edition and one unfavourable day i saw black stuff on my screen and im like '“well i bet this was because i threw it” and a month i think later a saw dead pixels on the top screen with the black stuff and im like “welp” and if i push down near that area then dead pixels spread or if i open the 3ds near that area until it clicks then dead pixels spread and instead of taking the risk of breaking my 3ds i will ask you guys to give me answers also quick note only answers without the need of disasembly will be in the zone that i am so good luck
