Audio PB doesn’t match what is in the phone

I purchased the iPhone SE audio PB cable and it doesn’t match what is in my phone. Mine has an additional small ribbon cable connecting to the top button. What do I do here as it seems the other cable is spot welded into the button location?

Yes, I did purchase it from iFixit. My phone is a model A1662

The Apple part number lists that I pulled out has.Fm 1620 and 821-0369-A printed on it

The iFixit part lists .Fm 1552 and 821-00369-4G
