Why is my phone vibrating and wont turn on
how can I stop my phone vibrating if it wont turn on I have tried pressing the power button for two minutes

anne Dawson you did not tell us if anything happened to your phone prior to this. The vibrating is usually caused by your phone having failed its “self-check”. Most commonly it is a failed display issue. It is also possible that your phone has encountered problems with its software. You may need to reflash/update the firmware. Follow something like these instructions for that. Remember that with the update you will lose all data on your device
