I purchased a new battery from you and installed it. It worked great for a few days, but now it won’t hold a charge and macbook will only run when plugged in. I purchased a new charger thinking that might be the issue, but that does not seem to be the case.

@shoosh817 You probably got a defective battery. I would contact iFixit customer support and and ask for an exchange.
