I cant chanrge my phone 0% to 100%

i buy new battery today my model no is micromax E484 i cant my phone 0to 100% when my phone reach 73% automatically switch off not charging. charger pluged but charging cycle still 73% and autumatically charging stop and agin chaging start 10-15min any solution ?
