Why is my samsung galaxy prime is not opening?

my samsung galaxy grand prime was low bat then I charge it after a few mins. its already 87% then I took off the charger and then I was gonna open it and it open then it opens but after a second it have as glitch on the screen so I took off the batter and then I am trying to open it but it wont opening

please help me with this
