It’s says no service and I know I have service. It had some speaker problems a couple days ago. But now they work? And it’s been sluggish too. Taking longer than normal to load videos and such. Could this be signs of needing a new battery? I did some troubling shooting and that didd’t really help?

It’s sluggish probably because of the battery this can be checked in settings>Battery>batteryHealth , the service can be a few reasons, the SIM card is faulty, try using another SIM card and see if you get any luck, the network card maybe faulty and needs replacing or the antenna bands on the housing are faulty in which case the housing would need to be replaced.
