iPod Video 5th Gen. 30GB Clickwheel partially unresponsive

Im getting really frustrated…. I found a old iPod Video 30GB and tried making it run again. Battery was bloated so I replaced it. I also putted in a iflash adapter for using a sd card. Then the click wheel stopped working so I also replaced that too… But its still not working. I can hard reset via Menu + Select, but in the menu i cant scroll or click. iTunes recognizes the ipod and everything seems to work fine but the click wheel. Any Ideas? Maybe the click wheel is not grounded? Didnt got condcutive adhesive strips…
