I recently found my iphone 5c but the time resets it self and dosen't move foward and it also when I open safari,youtube,appstore and itunes it says cannot conect to and says can not reach server erro while loading please help me

On the iPhone 5C that’s a relatively common problem following repeated drops or a bad hit that may cause issues with the wifi chip. It could be attempted a chip reflow that is a pretty fast repair but it might be not sufficient on the long run. Best would be to reball the chip but it’s a tricky repair and probably not worth anymore given the present 5C market value.

When you don’t have correct system clock, TLS certificate validation fails, so basically you can’t connect to any https site that has certificate issued later than system time.
As for why your system clock turns back, you gave us zero information to start with, nobody knows.
