I am on my 3rd battery replacement due to the problem of battery warping. This is getting expensive is there a way to internaly check,monitor and or change the battery cycle parimeters to minimize overheating and damage? Is there an internal program for this? please let me know what can be done? i have a macbook pro model A1229 17''

Since you have gone through 3 batteries with the same problem I would say your problem lies in either the charger or the charging circuitry or both. I would try changing the charger first. I would recommend installing CoconutBattery, it is freeware, to monitor your battery's charging and temperatures. Here is a link to it.
