rotation on floor brush isn't working

For some reason the roller brush isn't working but everything else is. I took it apart and it seems to be running ok but very little sucking seems to be very little. I took everything apart and cleaned out everything and it still the roller don't move and the suction is very little, confused not sure at this point what to do.
