Why does the reset filter light come on and won't go off?
i have no idea what the filter is or where it is.

Open door- pull down tray above microwave cavity- check filter for particulate matter- shake off if possible/ replace if damaged/dirty.
Hold filter reset button for TEN SECONDS.
Red light will go off

My Reset Filter light won’t go off no matter how long I press on it.
Tried holding for 3 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds….nothing!
