My Samsung Galaxy Trend 2 lite is locked

I have a problem.

My Samsung Galaxy Trend 2 lite is lock forever, unless the keyboard is working. When I press Volume Down + home + power, I get a custom OS download choice and I need a to download a OS or not?

Now there is a real problem.

I cannot access factory reset nor could I get a recovery options either.

I tried doing what people did and their methods doesn't work for my phone.

ANY OTHER METHODS?
