Why is my BLU phone not Turing on?

So i have this phone right and one day i pulged it into the outlet and it freeze and then shut down and i tried to do the press and hold the power bottom and volume bottom thing but it didn’t work i tried to remove the battery and put it back in but that don’t work. i tried everything to make it turn on but it’s just a blank black screen im staring at. So is their something i can do to get the phone back to normal. Plzzzz!!!!!! HELP ME CAN”T SURVIVE WITHOUT MY PHONE!!!!!!!
