Boot Loop Sony tv

I have a question on the Sony XBR-55X900C ,  the tv is in a boot loop.  The tv will not turn on.  Unplug the unit let sit, try to do the factory reset deal holding down the "power" and "vol-" while plugging back in until the led in front turns green.  Tried this many times and all that happens is get the green led, the tv shows the 4 android circles start to spin but never gets to the word android, and then shuts off and will start to do a loop where the led will come on white and then the circles and the shuts down, over and over.  I have also tried a usb thumb drive with the most recent firmware, but it does the same thing, the usb stick does light up for a moment but then tv still loops.  Do you have any suggestions as to what part I may need to replace or even if it is worth it, tv is only 3ish years old.
