What 3.5mm headphone jack works with this?

I am having trouble finding a 3.5mm headphone jack module replacement for the 1697 model, on eBay there are plenty replacement modules for the 1708 (Xbox one s controller) however it specifically mentions they are not compatible for 1697. I can't tell any real difference in appearance between any of the modules, although supposedly they have slightly different shapes for each design? Could anyone point me in the right direction as to which part I will need?
