Will your 500 GB 7200 RPM Seagate SATA Hard Drive (New) @ $149.95, Product code: IF107-071-1 fit my older laptop?

In addition, do you have an installation manual for my specific model? If so, what is the link to that manual so that I can check the degree of difficulty to install it?

yes, it should fit in your MBP, it's a 9.5mm high, 2.5" SATA drive.

here is the installation guide. I've done this installation on my 2.33GHz MBP - IMO it's not too difficult a job.
