Can I remove a blacklist
i bought a iphone 6s plus with no icloud account or activation lock after i set it up i found out its blacklisted , can it someway b removed ?

remember that most commonly phones are blacklisted if they have been reported lost or stolen . The only way to get this resolved is by speaking with the carrier. there is no other way to get this into service without your carrier trying to help you out. After all, if it is a stolen phone would you really want to keep it?

Depending on the place the OP is from it may well be just partly unpaid, it's a fairly common scam in some European countries where carriers lure customers with smaller monthly fees and a bigger final installment to get full ownership of phone. Some crooks believe they're smart in selling the phone before finishing payment as it takes some time before the phone ends blacklisted by the carrier. Final result however is the same, an expensive paperweight.
