How to install firmware on I-Life Laptops?

I have a Zed Book W wifi 2 in 1 laptop, and it has recently crashed, and I can no longer get into windows.

I found on i-Life website a firmware for a similar, maybe newer, model of the same part with the extension <*.WAGR>. but now, I’m not sure for to install it on the Zed Book.
