F21 error code, no clogs, pumps runs and spins

As the title states, my whirlpool duet sport (purchased used) got through one or two cycles before giving me either Sd or F21 error codes. Usually it's the F21. I have verified there are no clogs in the system and the pump is running but no water is moving. What gives?
