Club Elite E2 Front LED headlamp repair

The front led head light on Club car stopped working. I removed head light and took off what looks like a heat sink that was siliconed to board. I found 2 chips that look like they melted down. Don’t know what they are. 1 has a partial number printed on chip. I believe they are transistors.
