MBP Not booting up with or without battery and not charging , MagSafe with green steady light no orange , when I press battery meter on the side it flashes 1 light about 20 time quickly then quits on the battery indicator in the side … pls help

The blinking battery tester is telling us the battery needs replacing. Given the systems age it wound’t surprise me!
