iPhone 7 plus speaker mesh kit
I received a mesh kit with my lightning connector replacement. I have no idea how to replace these mesh pieces.

It’s not required to apply the mesh kit unless you want to. Just change the lightweight assembly. It should work fine unless there is something wrong where you have to replace the mesh kit. There usually is adhesive on the back of the small mesh kit parts. Just carefully tear it off where the problem is and apply it to the iPhone back housing (or where it originally was).
