Can't get GPS signal to compute

I have a TomTom VIA 1515M. After turning on and typing in the coordinates, I waited for a long time, but still received no GPS signal. The device continues to search, but to no avail.

Have you updated your TomTom recently?

I believe we just encountered the 2019 GPS week rollover on April 6, so you may want to see if an update will cure this issue…
