Why can I not turn on my Kogan smart tv?

Sorry I had to list this as Samsung. It is a Kogan 55” Smart TV.

When I try to turn on the tv it goes from a black screen to a slightly brighter grey screen. Then it does not change.

I have power cycled and recently attempted to install a firmware update. Which only got to 51% then said error. Since then this issue has been happening.
