Three bottom buttons don't work after screen replacement

Hi, I had to replace my screen on my phone after it got dropped, but now the three buttons at the bottom no longer work and I can’t think of a reason this has happen. Any ideas?

Hi, have you glued the screen back down or is it still loose and just plugged in?

I did foolishly, glue it back down, I have now unglued it again however.
